Shipping Policy

Plant shipments will only go out on Monday and Tuesday. Everything else will be shipped out when the order is processed and created (typically 5-7 days). If you purchase a plant(s) and any accessories, the order will go out together.

Shipping can be stressful on plants! Yellowing or wilting leaves is completely normal during transit and you should not panic should this happen.

Even though we're perfectionists and pack with the most care, we are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages from USPS or UPS. Packages are insured through Shippo, however, if you need to file a claim we suggest doing that directly with the carrier for reimbursement. Having happy customers is our number one goal and we're happy to work with you and help in any way. By purchasing a plant(s) you agree to these terms.
